10 frameworks from Alex Hormozi's public books, rewritten as cards you can use today. Each one is cited, so go read the original.
01
Value Equation
Value goes up when the dream outcome and perceived likelihood rise, and when time delay and effort fall.
How
Value = (Dream outcome × Perceived likelihood) ÷ (Time delay × Effort & sacrifice). Score your offer 1–10 on each lever, then fix the weakest one first.
Example (UOP-original)
A bookkeeping service adds a "books closed in 72 h" promise to cut time delay, and a done-for-you upload to cut effort.

02
Grand Slam Offer
An offer so good people feel stupid saying no, built so it can't be compared on price.
How
Name the dream outcome. List every obstacle. Turn each obstacle into a solution. Trim to high-value, low-cost items. Stack them into one offer.
Example (UOP-original)
Instead of selling "a CRM setup", sell "Your first 50 leads followed up automatically in 14 days", with setup, scripts and a weekly check-in stacked in.

03
Starving Crowd (pick the market)
Market beats offer beats persuasion. Pick buyers who feel massive pain, have purchasing power, are easy to target, and are growing.
How
Score candidate markets on pain, purchasing power, ease of targeting, and growth. Commit to one niche before you write a word.
Example (UOP-original)
Rather than "small businesses", target "Houston HVAC owners with 5–20 techs".
Source: $100M Offers (Alex Hormozi, 2021), Ch. 4 — Pricing: Finding The Right Market — A Starving Crowd. Paraphrased.
04
Charge What It's Worth
Low prices attract bad customers and starve delivery. Premium pricing funds a better result, which earns higher prices.
How
Raise the price until resistance shows up, then add value instead of discounting. Reinvest the margin in the outcome.
Example (UOP-original)
A $299 setup becomes $1,500 with a results check-in, and the refund rate drops.
Source: $100M Offers (Alex Hormozi, 2021), Ch. 5 — Pricing: Charge What It's Worth. Paraphrased.
05
Enhance the Offer
Scarcity, urgency, bonuses and guarantees raise perceived value and cut risk.
How
Use real limits only (capacity, cohort dates). Make each bonus solve a named obstacle. Choose a guarantee type: unconditional, conditional, performance/implied, or anti-guarantee.
Example (UOP-original)
"10 setups per month. Cohort closes Friday. Free template pack. Hit 50 leads or the next month is free."
Source: $100M Offers (Alex Hormozi, 2021), Ch. 11–15 (Scarcity, Urgency, Bonuses, Guarantees). Paraphrased.
06
Name It (MAGIC)
A name tells the buyer who it's for and what they get.
How
Build the name from Magnetic reason, Avatar, Goal, Interval and Container. Use 3–5 of those elements.
Example (UOP-original)
"Free Fall Setup: 14-Day Lead Machine for HVAC Owners."
Source: $100M Offers (Alex Hormozi, 2021), Ch. 16 — Enhancing The Offer: Naming (MAGIC). Paraphrased.
07
Core Four
There are only four ways to let people know about something: warm outreach, free content, cold outreach, and paid ads.
How
Map the grid: warm or cold, one-to-one or one-to-many. Start with warm outreach. Add one channel at a time and max it before adding the next.
Example (UOP-original)
Week 1: 100 warm messages per day. Week 3: add daily posts. Ads only once the offer converts.
Source: $100M Leads (Alex Hormozi, 2023), Section III — Get Leads (Core Four). Paraphrased.
08
Lead Magnets
Give away a complete solution to a narrow problem. It reveals a bigger problem your core offer solves.
How
Pick a narrow problem. Choose a delivery type (software, information, service, or physical). Make it easy to consume. Give one clear next step.
Example (UOP-original)
A free "5 automations every service business needs" checklist leads to a $299 SI setup.
Source: $100M Leads (Alex Hormozi, 2023), Section II — Engage Your Leads: Offers and Lead Magnets. Paraphrased.
09
Rule of 100
Volume negates luck. Do 100 primary advertising actions every day for 100 days.
How
Pick one channel. Define the action (a reach-out, a post minute, an ad dollar). Track the daily count and don't tweak strategy until the volume is real.
Example (UOP-original)
100 personalized DMs a day for 100 days, logged in a sheet.
Source: $100M Leads (Alex Hormozi, 2023), Section V — Advertising in Real Life: Open To Goal (Rule of 100). Paraphrased.
10
Money Models
Sequence offers so a customer's first purchase pays for acquiring them, then grows lifetime value.
How
Order the four offer types: attraction (get them in), upsell (more right now), downsell (save the no), and continuity (recurring). Design each step before you buy traffic.
Example (UOP-original)
Free audit (attraction), then $1,500 setup (upsell), or a $299 DIY kit if they say no (downsell), then $99 per month monitoring (continuity).
Source: $100M Money Models (Alex Hormozi, 2025), Sections II–V — Attraction, Upsell, Downsell, Continuity Offers. Paraphrased.
